The Playing Field is a 12,000
square foot indoor facility offering two high school size basketball
courts with "Sport Court" flooring, high ceiling clearance,
state-of-the-art equipment, including separate scoreboards, ceiling
mounted fiberglass backboards, and adjustable rim heights from 8' to
10' to allow all ages and skill levels to participate.
The two basketball courts may be rented
separately or together, making The Playing Field a perfect site
for a wide variety of basketball activities, including:
- Instructional camps and clinics
- Team try-outs and practices
- Concurrent practice functions on
separate courts
- Tournaments / Leagues
- Referee training and seminars

LEAGUES
The Playing Field is proud to
coordinate The Metro St. Louis Basketball League program, which
includes four sessions throughout the year. Each session will
coordinate teams in the grade school and high school level for boys
and girls grades 3 through 12. All teams will be separated into
Select, A, and/or B divisions. Games are played throughout the week
from 5:15pm to 8:30pm, starting times, Monday through Friday and
weekends from 8:00am to 8:30pm, starting times, Saturday & Sunday.
League fees vary by session based on number of games in each session.

2008 Tournament Registration Form
Admissions will be charged at all tournaments
$2 per game or $5 for tournament pass / adult

Tournament Host
Tournament is hosted by The Playing Field of St. Louis Missouri. The
Playing Field has been hosting tournaments for many years.
Referees are all high school patched and certified with the State. The
Playing Field will bring only qualified events to the St. Louis and
surrounding areas.
Tournament Format
Each team is guaranteed three games. Most teams will receive more than
the guaranteed three. Pool play or single elimination brackets or
double elimination brackets will be used. The number of teams in
particular divisions will determine the format of play. Teams will be
grouped by ability level when possible. Divisions for boys and girls
3rd grade thru 8th grade are available. Admissions will be charged at all tournaments
Tournament Awards
The first place team will receive Championship trophy,
with each player receiving medals or plaques. Runner-up team will
receive individual medals and third place will receive individual
medals. These are just some of the small rewards for all participants.

PRACTICE TIMES & PRICING
The Playing Field offers 2 regulation
high school courts with adjustable 10' to 8' rims. Practice time
can be purchased in 1/2 hour increments for your team, association, or
individuals. Most available times are from 3:30 pm to 6:30pm
Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday mornings and
evenings. (Tax not included in price shown)
